TOGETHER IN LIFE AND TOGETHER FOREVER

Leila was on a vacation with her family. She was playing on the beach while her parents sat at a bench, quite far away happily chatting with another couple.

After sometimes, tired and drenched in sea water she returned to her parents to rest. Her foot was covered in sand.

Leila was a charming girl, still in college. The couple liked her playfulness and humility. Her parents had not yet thought of her marriage. But this couple was seeking her hands for marriage with their son, who, they said was an engineer working in the Boeing.

She heard phone numbers getting exchanged.

A few weeks later her mother told her to come home as the couple from the beach is coming to see her with their son. On that day Leila met Siddharth and instantly liked his humble and down to earth nature. He was funny and charming.

Nature work in strange ways, she scribbled on her diary that night.

She was obviously attracted to Siddharth but wasn't ready for a quick wedding. Her one demand was to have the wedding after the final year exams. Everybody nodded in approval.

Relatives and friends declared them as the inseperable, made for each other couples. Both families were on cloud nine. Leila and Siddharth talked over phone and became closer.

Wedding happened with all its grandeur. The next day they flew to their honeymoon destination.

Leila and Siddharth started their life and had a beautiful daughter. Life gave them only happiness. Whenever they visit their hometown, they would also visit the beach and laugh at the coincidence.

Years passed by. Leila and Siddharth were inseperable. They walked through all the ups and downs together, holding hands. After retirement they settled in a countryside farm house.

The last known about them is that they were on board the Malaysian airlines flight 370 after visiting their daughter at Kuala Lumpur.

Together in life and together forever. That's indeed a blessing.
